Staging Made Simple was founded in 2006 by Kelly J. Cunningham and Stephanie Nelson Cunningham. Staging Made Simple is pleased to be Utah’s most dynamic staging company, offering the full range of staging services customized to each client, property and budget. Our inventory of furniture, artwork and accessories is one of the largest in North America. This means each of our clients receives the benefit of experience, inventory and service for great results.

About Stephanie

Stephanie’s design career began officially in 1990 as an associate designer for Makoff Design, where she spent eight years working on prominent homes throughout Salt Lake City, Orem and several cities in California. She traveled to markets all over the country, as a buyer for the company and its clients. She then established her own interior design company, Stephanie Nelson Design, and in 1999 became a Certified Feng Shui Practitioner, studying and then teaching with Sharon Stasney, of The Feng Shui Training Center, and author of many wonderful books on feng shui. She received her advanced training in 2001 with Carol Bridges of Nine Harmonies in Brown County, Indiana and continues teaching feng shui to small groups in Salt Lake City and Park City, as Honored Spaces Feng Shui. Since Stephanie knows the importance of incorporating feng shui and interior design into staging, the basic principles are blended into each project.

After becoming a licensed realtor in 2005, Stephanie could see the importance of properties looking their best while being marketed, and became an Accredited Staging Professional, as well as a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP). She is also an AHS, or Accredited Home Staging Specialist.
